Ordering a box hands us your name, callback number, site address and a description of the load. The web server keeps routine access logs — IP, timestamp, page requested — for security review and nothing fancier.
Routing trucks, issuing scale tickets and invoices, and calling you back with context when you ring the desk. Access logs are examined only when something looks broken or hostile.
Your details are not sold, swapped, rented or fed to advertising networks. This site carries no third-party tracking pixels. If we ever send service reminders, each one includes a working opt-out that a human honors.
The card processor sees payment data. Disposal facilities see the origin address on load manifests, because the law requires it. Nobody else, and both are bound to their own regulatory confidentiality regimes.
Order and manifest records persist seven years to satisfy tax and environmental rules, then age out. Email the desk to request a copy of your records, or their deletion where statute permits; expect an answer within a month.
A revised notice replaces this page with a fresh in-force date. Quiet dilution of the notice is not something we do.
