In force from 15 February 2026. Ordering a dumpster constitutes acceptance.
Each rental covers delivery, the agreed rental period on site, pickup, and disposal of permitted debris within the weight limit for that dumpster size. The details of your rental are confirmed with you before delivery.
Placement follows your direction onto surfaces you confirm can bear a loaded truck. Boards go down under the rails on every drop. Placement on a public street requires the customer to hold any municipal permit required before delivery.
Construction and household debris within the weight limit, loaded no higher than the top rim. Never allowed: liquids of any kind, tires, batteries, refrigerant-bearing appliances, asbestos-containing material, medical waste, and any load that is smoldering, hot or reactive.
Every load is weighed at a certified scale, and the scale ticket is available on request.
We answer for our equipment and our driving. The customer answers for the dumpster and its contents while on site, and for surfaces the customer directed us onto.
Call as early as you can to cancel or reschedule. Weather delays we initiate are never held against the customer.
